Demonstrating Protection Through Testing

At the core of the film is Atkore’s dual-corrosion protection system. The conduit combines a PVC exterior coating with an undisturbed zinc layer, bonded through a controlled manufacturing process. Together, these layers provide long-term protection in harsh environments.

Through clear visual comparisons and third-party ETL testing results, the film shows how the conduit exceeds industry standards. As a result, viewers see how improved corrosion resistance leads to longer service life, reduced downtime, and lower replacement costs in the field.

Connecting Manufacturing to Field Use

Production took place at an Atkore manufacturing facility in California. In addition, controlled studio shooting highlighted material details, testing conditions, and finish quality. Select stock footage also broadens the range of applications and environments where PVC Coated Conduit is used.

Throughout the project, Lightbox Filmworks partnered with Atkore from early concept development through final delivery. Ultimately, the finished film delivers a clear, product-focused message that communicates performance with confidence and clarity.
