Multnomah County, Move-In Multnomah (Warren)
Created for Multnomah County in Portland, Oregon, Move-In Multnomah is a public awareness campaign developed to address one of the biggest barriers to ending homelessness: finding landlords willing to rent to people exiting homelessness. Led by the County’s Joint Office of Homeless Services and supported by community partners, the program offers incentives and dedicated support to property owners who help create pathways to stable housing.
To introduce Move-In Multnomah, we produced a series of documentary-style videos highlighting voices from across the community, including formerly houseless individuals, landlords, real estate developers, and case workers. By centering each person’s lived experience, the campaign illustrates how the program works in practice and why collaboration is essential to long-term housing solutions.
Our team handled production and post-production to deliver a cohesive series designed for public distribution and community engagement, reinforcing the impact of stable housing and the role shared responsibility plays in ending homelessness.
